Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs delays or high-volume periods.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available during promotions.

You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@qiuven.com and we will assist you immediately.

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
