Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return period starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@qiuven.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable or hazardous items
- Final sale or gift card purchases
Discounted items are eligible for returns unless specifically marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit provider may take additional time to post the refund.
